| Description | This is a 1-day training at beginners
level and requires no previous experience to attend. Most people will
need to complete Level 1 before going on to Level 2. Who should attend? People interested in self help and working with friends or family. Existing Therapists from either mind or body backgrounds wishing to include EFT in their practices. People who would like to go on to become EFT Practitioners. What you will learn on this course: • The history and background of EFT • How EFT works to balance the energy system • The Discovery Statement • The Affirmation • Psychological Reversal • The Full Basic Recipe • The Short Version • The Movie Technique for releasing a negative memory • The Personal Peace Procedure • Dealing with Cravings • Eliminating pain Questions Practical sessions Further study On completion of the course, delegates will receive an EFT Level 1 certificate of completion. You leave feeling skilled and inspired to work with your own issues and family and friends’. You may then choose to advance to Level 2, or just get tapping! |

| Description | The usual requirement for this 2-day
training is that you have completed a Level 1 training, although this
may be waivered dependent on relevant knowlege and experience of EFT.
Please contact Alison should this apply to you. This course is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET). Gary Craig has authorised the AAMET to teach Emotional Freedom Technique. Who should attend? Those who have completed level 1 and wish to take EFT to the next level, beginning to develop artistry and mastery. Those who are wishing to use EFT alongside existing mind and body therapies. Those who wish to become EFT Practitoners. What you will learn on this course: DAY 1 - Recap and Refine Techniques in more depth: • A brief recap of the tapping technique • Refinements to the tapping sequences • More on Psychological Reversal • Finding Core Issues • Clarification of Aspects • 'Gentleness' Techniques • Working with Phobias • Troubleshooting • Exam Details Questions Practical Sessions DAY 2 – Additional ways to work: • Principles from Palace of Possibilities • EFT on the Phone • EFT in Groups • Addressing Physical issues • Constricted Breathing • Chasing the Pain • Full Practice Session Questions Practical Sessions There is an exam to complete after the course, which must be submitted within 6 months of the training. Additionally, 2 case studies of you using EFT as a treatment must be written up and included with your exam. On completion of the exam and 2 case studies you will receive an EFT Practitioner Certificate and will be eligible for accreditation through the AAMET. You will be supported throughout the course itself and in the 6 month period after your training, via email and phone. |

| Description | This level is for those
dedicated to using EFT as a primary tool in therapeutic practice.
It is my aim to develop a community of EFT professionals that are
passionate about EFT and it’s healing abilities as well as finding
the humour inside our own emotional ‘comedies’ as well
as our clients. Level 3 involves 2 separate training days, L3A and L3B plus 2 half day supervisory sessions. L3A and L3B can be taken in any order. LEVEL 3A develops 2 concepts introduced at L2: POP and Choices and looks more into PR and deeper secondary gains that may be preventing relief - an integral part of mastery EFT. Self work to develop intuition is advocated at this level and is part of the L3 programme. 10am to 5pm, £135 with an early bird discount available. |
